OBJECTIVE:

  1. This present will show and demo how to used the Cloud Hosted Router
    (CHR) witch is a new feature of mikrotik to support virtual Machine.

 RouterOS (Cloud Hosted Router)
  • intended for running as a virtual machine
  • supports the x86 64-bit architecture
  • As alternative VMWare, Hyper-V, VirtualBox, KVM and
  • others
  •  CHR has full RouterOS features enabled by default

1.Download GNS3 


 

2.Install  GNS3



 

3. Download CHR Image

4. Add Mikrotik to GNS

  • Open GNS3> Edit >Preferences
